Pipeline internal cleaning, Inspection and intelligent pigging:
Pipeline cleaning is an integral part of routine pipeline maintenance programs. Any accumulation of debris or deposits inside a pipeline will reduce the transmission of product and compromise the integrity of the asset over time.
1- Pipeline Internal Cleaning Services; pipeline cleaning uses a variety of cleaning PIGs to break up, swab, and push materials through the pipeline. Cleaning PIGs can be made from a range of materials from soft foam and plastics to steal.
2- Un-piggable pipelines and loading lines inspection by tethered tools.
3- Pipeline inspection Services; In-line inspection (ILI) “tools”, referred to as “intelligent” Pipeline Integrity Gauges (PIG’s) or “smart” PIG’s, carry a variety of sensors to inspect pipelines for internal and external corrosion, geometric deformation, lamination, cracks, and other defects
